Then, we manufacture NuTone heating and cooling products in a quality-controlled process called Demand Flow Technology. While most manufacturers test their products at random, we test each and every furnace, heat pump and air conditioner we manufacture. In fact, each product goes through our "check, check and recheck" process at every station during the manufacturing processes. To give you an example of what that means, our gas furnaces are checked about 234 times while our air conditioners are checked about 144 times.
And to eliminate human error in the final analysis, our quality control station performs 100% computer automated testing. Because of the great confidence we have in our manufacturing process and our product's performance, we think anyone who purchases a NuTone heating and cooling system should feel the same way.

10-Year All Parts When a product is truly built to exacting standards of quality and durability, the manufacturer's confidence is reflected in its warranty. 10-Year NuTone Quality Pledge
If the heat exchanger (the major component of your furnace) or the compressor (the most important part of your air conditioner and heat pump) fails within the first 10 years (when registered), or five years (not registered) we'll replace the product with like product under the NuTone Quality Pledge program.
Limited Lifetime Heat Exchanger Warranty
When you register you new NuTone furnace or gas/electric packaged system, we will also extend the heat exchanger warranty from 20 years to the limited lifetime heat exchanger warranty.
10-Year on Air Handlers & Coils
When you install and register your new NuTone air handler or coil with your new NuTone system, we will also extend the warranty to the 10 Year Limited Parts Warranty.
